My opinion about this picture, where a minister or government who do not want in regard failed in tackling natural disasters in the capital. So he says it’s just a puddle, not a flood. While he was drying his clothes soaked by flood water .

i think, how this country will grow if his ministers are always sleep when meetings take place.. Such people should throw the eraser during sleep as a teacher throw an eraser if students learn to sleep now..
